Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
At Prisri Enterprise, we stand behind the quality of our services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project completion
- The delivered work must fail to meet the agreed specifications
- All project milestones must have been completed by our team
- The client must have provided all necessary information and feedback
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Services already rendered and delivered
- Domain registration fees (these are received by third-party registrars)
- Hosting charges (these are received by third-party providers)
- Add-on services requested by the client
- Support services beyond the included support period
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@prisri.org with detailed explanation
- Provide specific details about why the service doesn't meet specifications
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
4. Cancellation Policy
Projects can be cancelled under the following terms:
- Cancellations made before project start: 100% refund
- Cancellations after 25% completion: 75% refund
- Cancellations after 50% completion: 50% refund
- Cancellations after 75% completion: No refund
5. Maintenance & Support Refunds
Maintenance and support packages are non-refundable once commenced. However, if you're unsatisfied with the service quality, we'll work with you to resolve issues at no additional cost.
